Pac-12 Betting Guide: Moneyline and spread picks for Week 11 of college footballerw

There are only three weeks left in the college football season, and up to this point, the season has been very entertaining. Oregon faces off against USC at home this weekend and while they are heavy favorites, I don’t think Ducks’ fans should expect a steamroll victory.

Across the Pac-12, this week’s slate of games holds some key implications for the Ducks. The Washington Huskies will host the Utah Utes on Saturday, and the Oregon State Beavers will play Stanford. For Oregon’s playoff implications, the Beavers picking up a win is important so that Oregon State is ranked as high as possible when they play the Ducks in late November.

Below are all my picks for this week’s games. All odds are provided by FanDuel. I am not a betting expert.

USC Trojans vs. No. 6 Oregon Ducks

Robert Hanashiro-USA TODAY Sports

Spread: Oregon: -14.5

Moneyline: Oregon: -780

USC: +530

Analysis: The Ducks will play in Autzen for the second week in a row as they look to hand the Trojans their fourth loss this year. This will be a challenging game for both sides, but I see Oregon winning and covering against USC.

No. 23 Arizona Wildcats vs. Colorado Buffaloes

Spread: Arizona: -10.5

Moneyline: Arizona: -380

Colorado: +300

Analysis: Arizona is on a bit of a hot streak, and Colorado is on the opposite of one. The game is in Boulder, and while I expect the buffs to put up a decent fight, I think the Cats cover the spread in this one.

No. 13 Utah Utes vs. No. 5 Washington Huskies

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Spread: Washington: -8.5

Moneyline: Washington: -345

Utah: +270

Analysis: For the second week in a row, Washington will play in the Pac-12 game of the week. The Utes and the Huskies are both having strong seasons, which should make for a close game. While Washington is the favorite, my pick is for Utah to at least cover, and potentially upset the Huskies in Seattle.

Washington State Cougars vs. California Golden Bears

Neville E. Guard-USA TODAY Sports

Spread: California: -1.5

Moneyline: California: -115

Washington State: -104

Analysis: In this one, I think Cam Ward and the Cougars will have a mini-resurgence and beat Cal. I’d take either Washington State to cover the spread or moneyline here.

Stanford Cardinal vs. No. 12 Oregon State Beavers

Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports

Spread: Oregon State: -20.5

Moneyline: Oregon State: -1600

Stanford: -860

Analysis: With this game being played in Corvallis, I can’t see any way the Beavers lose. With Oregon State also coming off a close win at Colorado, I think they’ll cover the spread.

Arizona State Sun Devils vs. UCLA Bruins

Rob Schumacher-Arizona Republic

Spread: UCLA: -17.5

Moneyline: UCLA: -850

Arizona State: +570

Analysis: UCLA is at home this week, so unless Arizona State can totally reinvent itself this week, the Bruins will win this game, and I think they’ll cover the spread.
