COMMITMENT ANALYSIS: What Is Oregon State Getting In TE Baron Naone?

The Beavers landed their first piece of the 2025 class in West Linn tight end Baron Naone…

In more ways than one, Oregon State landing West Linn tight end Baron Naone was big…

Naone is quickly emerging as one of, if not the best prospects from the state of Oregon and those are the type of players that you love to have in your program if you’re Oregon State.

Diving into his film, it’s clear that he has two-way potential, playing both TE and on the defensive line for West Linn. He projects to be a TE for the Beavers, but versatility is never a bad thing to have in your arsenal.

He’s got great size at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, and figures to be a big target for the Beavers in the passing game, while also having the ideal size, footwork, and instincts to be a solid blocker in the run game, something the Beavers really utilize in their TEs.
