Central Washington junior quarterback Kennedy McGill was named Offensive Player of the Year and UT Permian Basin junior inside linebacker Tristan Exline was voted Defensive Player of the Year to highlight the Lone Star Conference’s postseason football awards, which were announced Thursday (Nov. 20).
