Well, it didn’t go that well last year, but I’m excited for this weekend’s Second Annual Blackout Game as Nebraska hosts Washington Saturday night.
The uniforms are alternate. The field will look different. The Sea of Red will transform into the Black Sea.

Will the Huskers resemble the team that took Indiana and Oregon to the wire only to collapse and lose? Or will they play a more complete game like they did against Michigan State or Maryland, emerge victorious, become bowl eligible, and send the fans home happy?
Will the changes this weekend be purely superficial? Or has Nebraska utilized the bye week to improve in all facets f the game, overcoming injuries along the way?
