Injuries prevented Oregon State fans from seeing the full potential of the team’s offensive line in the spring, resulting in a rough spring game protecting Duke transfer Maalik Murphy and his fellow quarterbacks.

But as with any spring game, one should not make blanket judgments of a player or position group based on a single performance. Particularly because several injured players are expected to compete for starting jobs along the offensive line.
