SPOKANE, Wash. — Eastern Oregon University Football erupted for 51 points and 562 yards of total offense Saturday afternoon, rolling past Whitworth University, 51-17, in the Mountaineers’ second game of the 2026 season. The victory marks EOU’s first win of the 2026 season and the first victory for first-year head coach Solo Taylor, who is in his first season at the helm of the Mountaineers alongside a nearly entirely new coaching staff.[[ 2:00 PM CT
