The Beavers continue to hit the international trail hard to find players.
Oregon State men’s basketball continues to beef up its roster with a heavy pursuit on the international trail.
The Beavers’ first commitment for the 2025 class is 6-foot-10 Olavi Suutela, a 6-foot-10 forward from Finland.
Suutela, who plays for Helsinki Basketball Academy in Finland, played in the Finnish first division last season, averaging 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds. He averaged 14.1 points and 6.7 rebounds in the FIBA U18 Eurobasket tournament.
The 2024-25 Beavers have seven international players on their roster, including six from Europe.
The men’s basketball early signing period is Nov. 13-20.
