Oregon State tight end Jack Velling, who caught a school-record 8 touchdown passes in 2023, transfers to Michigan State

Velling was a two-year starter during his two seasons in Corvallis, where he caught 45 passes for 719 yards and 11 touchdowns

Oregon State tight end Jack Velling announced Monday that he’s transferring to Michigan State.

Velling, the Beavers’ record-setting sophomore, will rejoin his OSU coaches, tight end coach Brian Wozniak and head coach Jonathan Smith, at Michigan State.
