Oregon State added to its 2023 football roster Tuesday as junior college receiver Jailen Holmes committed to the Beavers.
The 6-foot, 170-pound Holmes, who attended Independence (Kan.) Community College this past year, confirmed to The Oregonian/OregonLive that he’ll be in Corvallis this summer.
